Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Calarco is the CEO and President of Custom Pool & Spa Mechanics Incorporated. Since the founding of CPSM Inc., Mr. Calarco has overseen the day to day operations of the company including but not limited to customer service, repairs, renovations, product price negotiations and bookkeeping. Mr. Calarco has vast experience in mergers, acquisitions and developing strategic alliances. He is influential in implementing corporate expansion and sales growth for the company. Mr. Calarco is a determined, philanthropic and hardworking individual who prides himself on continual growth within the local community.
Chief Operating Officer
As an owner/operator of CPSM Inc., Ms. Calarco supervises all aspects of the financial and administrative functions of the business and oversees daily operations. With over 30 years of managerial and bookkeeping experience within service related industries, Ms. Calarco has been the acting Chief Operating Officer for Custom Pool & Spa Mechanics since its founding in January 2004 and serves as its Secretary.
Office Manager (Custom Pool & Spa Mechanics)
Brenda is a Native South Floridian.She has been with CPSM for over 10 years. Duties include but not limited to: Assisting customers in design choices for Renovations, Managing day to day operations of the front office, assisting in scheduling and deployment of Renovations, Gathering information to distribute to various departments of the company, She facilitates the organization of company and corporate meetings and gatherings. Mrs. Thixton’s diverse background has made her a valuable asset to the CPSM Team.
Office Manager (Custom Pool Plastering)
After managing her family owned construction company for ten years, Rachel went on to own and operate a custom tile and stone business for fourteen. She brings her extensive experience in management and construction and textile industries to CPP with her ability to schedule, organize and operate our plastering teams.
Parts and Service Specialist
With 18 years in the pool service industry, LeeAnn brings her knowledge and expertise to our customers with her ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and identify most any pool or spa issue. Ms. Reiter oversees our Service and Parts departments ensuring that each work order and customer request is handled quickly and cost efficiently as well as keeping all of our technicians and mechanics scheduled and on track.
Our Route Supervisors act as liaison’s between the office team and our pool technicians out in the field. They oversee 18 route’s between them and ensure that our technicians stay on schedule. They field customer concerns, maintain the company fleet of vehicles and assure that all of our technicians are supplied with the tools they need to maintain the high quality assurance that CPSM requires from their employees.
Our men and women in the field are the backbone of our company. Our technicians are friendly and professional and all of them possess the same qualities which allow them to establish great customer relations, provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
Our certified mechanics are trained to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair virtually any issue that may arise with any type of pool equipment. They work closely as a team as well with our Parts and Service Department to deliver timely, cost efficient repairs. With 80 years of experience amongst them, you can rest assured you are in good hands with this group of professionals.
Our plastering teams are top notch professionals that are “in-house” not sub contracted. We provide continual education to our teams which enable us to stay in the forefront of all advancements in plastering materials and resurfacing technologies.
